Indoor pool open 24 hours, multiple dining options nearby, large 65” TVs

The noise levels in common areas were unbearable at times!!! Having to cross a busy road to reach breakfast with elderly guests was frustrating!!! The slippery tiles around the pool area need immediate attention!!! Everyone should be informed about the motel residents near the pool!!!

The location is excellent for accessing nearby attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. the bathroom was quite small, and we experienced issues with cleanliness that could be improved. It's a suitable option for families looking to explore the area.

The room was clean and spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. The comfortable beds made it easy to get a good night's sleep. There were plenty of towels available, too. I liked the 24-hour access to the indoor pool, perfect for late swims. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit cramped for space.

The pool was open 24/7, perfect for my little swimmer! Our room was clean and tidy. And talk about a convenient location—so close to everything!

The nightstand smelled like a dairy farm at first—yikes! But after they took care of it, all was well—just don’t expect five-star cuisine at breakfast.

The best part was the awesome indoor pool area! 🏊‍♀️ The breakfast had a good variety, but the bathroom was pretty cramped with no good place to set my things.

The location is perfect, right across from attractions. The room smelled musty. Enjoyed the 24-hour pool and the option for live music nearby.

The staff was friendly, and the pools were excellent, providing a fun atmosphere. However, the room needed a good clean. the coffee maker was dirty and there were signs of pests, which was disappointing. Still, the location was great, within walking distance of attractions.

The cleanliness of my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds blew me away. Plus, being just a hop from all the local attractions made exploring a breeze!

i recently had a fantastic honeymoon stay at the hotel, just like my previous visit to pigeon forge, but this time it really exceeded my expectations. the staff was super friendly, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, which made our experience enjoyable. plus, the location was perfect, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions and a lovely view of the area.

The indoor pool was a nice bonus and open 24 hours, making it convenient to use after a long day exploring the nearby attractions like the Titanic Museum and Jurassic Jungle Boat Ride. I did face some issues with room assignment that didn't match what we booked, but the manager kindly resolved it, moving us to a more spacious room. it was a comfortable stay for our family with easy access to local restaurants and attractions.

I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable beds, immaculate room cleanliness, and the warm, welcoming staff who made my stay delightful. The indoor pool was a lovely feature, kept well-maintained and open 24 hours for convenient access.

A shuttle service for easier access would be beneficial.

quality inn had a great location, right across the busy parkway from the island. we enjoyed the two hot tubs and the friendly staff. the rooms were clean, and it was nice to have property-wide free wi-fi. definitely a plus for families!
